Calhoun's Country Smoke started in 2020 — in the middle of a pandemic, in a backyard, with one smoker and a whole lot of faith. What began as Sunday-supper deliveries for our church and neighbors grew into a full-service catering business feeding weddings, corporate events, and family reunions across the DFW Metroplex.
